Pete Young interviews Terrell Arnold of Plover WI during the American Monetary Reform Conference, Sept. 27, 2009. Arnold is a retired diplomat who spent over 30 years in the foreign service in Egypt, India, Brazil, Sri Lanka, and many other countries.
