		<description>I think we should be using the same tactics the oligarchs are using on us- divide and conquer. State banks are a way of drawing power away from the banking cartel as are community banks (i.e. the move-your-money movement). 

The end solution is to end fictional reserve lending but as I see it, this war needs to be fought on several levels and state banks are more likely to be implemented first, especially since so many states are broke. Besides the federal and state level, we need to deal with it on an educational level as well, as you are doing. 

Where we really need improvement is on the media level. When we see the talking heads on TV arguing the merits of debt-free money, I think we&#039;ll stand a chance of solving this problem. Unfortunately, I don&#039;t think that will happen till things get much worse.</description>
